Shining Promise

there is a

promise

of a better day

shining thru

while the wind blows

away

bits and pieces

of today

just realize

Shadows in the water

A baby fish,
a baby skater (skipper)
and

a blade of grass

and their shadows

quiet

quietly

walking through every day

everyday falls around me

like a heavy snow fall

thinking about the wind

and the rain

seeing the sunshine

through the clouds

hearing the leaves

as they fall to the ground

watching the wind comb

the grass

feeling the fog

lift from the morning

listening to the meadowlark

in the field

looking over my shoulder. . .

the sun is starting to set

listen long enough 

you can hear the big boulders rolling in the river . . 

however with a cheap video camera . . . you can't hear it good enough ヅ
